Allergen Linking

 

To select Allergens that apply to an item ingredient. 

1. Click Items
2. Select the item that you wish to indicate Allergens for.
3. Choose Allergens Tab
4. Click Add, select Allergens that apply to this item.
5. Click Save

 

Adding Allergens to Optimum Control
