Conversions and Equivalents

Optimum Control allows you to use items in recipes however you wish based on the recipe unit chosen in the items window.  Either by weight, by volume or by individual count.  You can add specific conversions for each item or general ones to use for all items.  Perhaps you use a different unit in your country than is provided for.  If so, simply add the new unit and conversion to the Setup|Unit Conversions window and it will be available for all recipes.
